Consultation & Eligibility
All clients must undergo an initial consultation before receiving any service. Treatments may be adjusted or declined based on skin type, medical history, or contraindications.Medical Disclosure
Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous treatments. Failure to do so may result in adverse effects, for which we are not liable.Treatment Results
Results vary from person to person. While we use advanced, clinically proven technologies, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.Pre- and Post-Treatment Care
Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by our team. Failure to do so may affect the results or lead to side effects.Laser Treatments
Laser Hair Removal, Face Laser Treatments, and related services require clients to avoid sun exposure before and after sessions. A patch test may be conducted prior to the first full session.Skin-Specific Services
Treatments like Chemical Peels, Microneedling, and Acne & Scar Treatments may cause temporary redness, peeling, or irritation. These effects are normal and usually subside within a few days.Plasma & Injectable Services
Hair PRGF is a natural, non-surgical procedure. It involves drawing the client’s own blood and may cause mild discomfort, swelling, or bruising.Body Contouring Services
Lipo Fat Cavitation is not a weight loss solution. It is a non-invasive contouring treatment designed to reduce localized fat and may require multiple sessions for visible results.Payment & Booking
Appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to confirm your slot. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Certain services may not be provided to minors under any circumstances.Contraindications & Refusal of Service
